Default help!

well i own a 1992 civic lx. It hasnt been started close to a year. It was running fine before i parked it. I already replaced the wires plugs cap n rotor. It still will not start. When i turn the key sounds like its going to start but it doesnt. Smells like gas so im guessing its getting fuel. Any other ideas would be awesome thanks

Check for spark at the plugs.

Gas has a shelf life. You should remove old gas from the tank and put in some fresh gas.

The answer seems to depend on the storage condition. Information found at this link may be helpful:

I recommend that you also check for spark at each of the plugs and open the air cleaner to make sure it is not clogged.
