Default help me

Hey i was wondering what american model honda is equal to the jdm 1992-1995 civic SIR?. Also i was wondering is it possible to put a B18, or a B18 type R head on a B16a block?

I'm not sure what the equivalent here is, maybe just the Si?

And yes, you can put a B18 head on a B16 block.

Check out www.swapshopracing.com and look at B-series specs in the tech library under engine swaps. Has some of the more popular engine specs in it.

To answer your question, there really isn't one. The 5G SI's had D16Z6's, not B16's.

i put a b16a gen 2 in my 94 civic, i believe it is the 92-95 sir. What car should i buy motor parts for b/c the sir parts are hard to find
