I totalled my car on new years day =( i only had it since november 27th. it is a 1998 civic ex coupe and the frame and motor are damaged + front end body damage. the transmission and ecu + interior are in basically good condition. and tailights are in good condition. i was wondering how much it would be roughly be worth if i sold it salvaged as in total, or if its a better choice to part it out?? please i need any help/information i can get. thanks guys

You can make bank easy on ebay for most parts, if your insurance won't cover the rest. Even small items like the armrest, seats, lighting, glovebox, consoles, interior bezels and etc will bring you a grand or more if you push it. People will give 100 or more for that little center console bezel, because no one ever reads directions and rips it all to hell trying to install their cd players. I have seen at least 6 people do it.

I have to agree with the previous post. Part it out. Make an extra buck with charging a handling fee as well, and you can get a little extra pocket money that way, but be reasonable, no one wants to pay 50 bucks shipping for a 1 pound item.
