I've heard of a lot of people having problems with HID's that were bought from Ebay.
DDMTunning offers free lifetime warranty.

Just throwing that out there lol

alright, not gonna lie I know zero about HID's haha. I looked at the raptor kit, im guessing hi/lo h4 is correct? I figured for 20 bucks more why not get em, then what else do I need? Harnesses, brackets..etc? Will this kit work on stock headlights??

Nope you wont need the harness or brackets or anything lol.
You'll need pretty much the same thing that KingDakota is getting.
Raptor Kit. With H4 Bulbs. With Hi/Lo (optional..)
And your choice of Bulb temperature. For this just look at the chart and decide what color you want( http://www.ddmtuning.com/Products/Ap...Raptor-HID-Kit ) . But the Higher the number (10k 12k..) the less light output you will be able to see on the road.

No problem KingDakota!

Ya for sure 6K is probably the best, but I like a little more blue so I think 8K is perfect and still having plenty of light.
