Default High beam on an EF

A Friend of mine has a 90 Ef, for a winter beater(summer is a 92Si) she can't get one of the higbeams to work, she has checked the fuse, replaced the bub, checked the wiring for loose connections, and checked the ground as well. still nothing, anyone have any suggestions? primairily for those of you with Ef experience. but any help will do. Thanks guys

If i get any sexist remarks i will kick your ***... thanks

check the wires with a digital multi meter. see if you are getting voltage.
