Default Hit and run

some @sshole hit my car on sunday, and now im extremely pissed. He side swiped my car, and my girlfriends car. Her car was parked right in front of me. This pisses me off. But hopefully the police will catch this dumbass.

I don't have a digital camera, but the driver side of my back bumper was torn off, a bit of my rear 1/4 was torn, and my drivers door has a big dent in it. I know it could have been 100x worse. I know there isn't any frame damage, so I'm good there. I also have extra coverage on my insurance

Knowing this, makes me less sad. But my poor baby is hurting, andmy insurance companycan't make an estimate on the damage til the 19th, they're booked solid...

I was soo pissed, so I left my house in my moms car, drove half a block down the road, and found a red car idling, which had front passanger damage. I called the police, and told them my situation, I told them the lisence plate and described the damage. They sent out a police officer, but the people who owned the car drove away. There was nothing I could do, other than watch them drive away...

Same thing happened to me in a parking lot. Never saw who it was but i have some pretty bad dents in the rear. My insurance company said they wont do anything about it since theres no proof that it was a hit and run. It sucks because I have full collision and everything on it.

I pay 70$ a month for regular insurance... coverage no matter what for a 700$ deductable if I'm considered at fault or there is no one else to blame. I pay an extra 20$ to make that deductable 200$. So unless the police find out who did this, I have to pay 200$ to fix my whole car.
