I am copying a email I sent Bernardi Honda, Natick, MA. For the benifit of those on this Forum who are not familar with this Dealer and their outstanding Parts Dept.

Customer Service
I first became aware of Bernardi when my daughter needed to extend her Warranty on her Accord EX. The entire process from my initial contact through the receipt of the Warranty was handled professionaly and at half the price quoted from the Dealer she had purchsed the new car from.
I placed my second parts order with Bernadi Parts, requesting standard shipping and within 20 hours it was delivered by UPS.
I have to acknowledge Andrew in Customer Service for his assistance in helping me identify parts that I may need for my 2000 Civic Timing Belt replacement and after the parts were received when I asked about a part number Honder had superceded.
Thank you Andrew, and all of the Bernardi staff for your assistance and genuine caring you have displayed. I will post this email in the Civic Forum so others may learn of you also.
