your right mines off too.... with the honda 13in steelies when the CARS speedo says im going 70 im really going 65. i also used a GPS to verify this. I didnt believe it at first so i drove down the interstate with a buddy next to me... and i checked it with mile markers.... my solution to this problem is 15" gsr blades (its now within 1 mph)

atleast it's wrong in the right direction.... it would be worse if it said "65" and you were actually driving 70!!

why did you have 13 in wheels? Honda makes cars with 13 in wheels? Or had someone put those on themselves?
