In cali, your kinda forced into using a piggy back. So i dont really see a problem using it. Just as long as the person tuning it does a good job. Also its a bit cheaper. An no one on here has any prove that the vafc suks. GL with your build.

Trini, trustdestruction was not trying to deter you from a vafc, his opinions are his, and yours are yours. I prefer Hondata, just because you are able to do so much more with it! It's just a matter of preference.

Regardless, I would suggest to build your bottom end (if it's not already) before going with anymore boost trini.
I wanna see some dyno sheets! lol

It sounds to me hes saying 9 lbs is recommended for SOHC's in general. He never said he was told by someone to run that. But either way, it sounds sketchy asking what to do to your motor and 5 days later saying he boosted it and already had numbers for us.
