How can I fix this?
Well I am a little annoyed about this. My car was outside my flat and someone hit it. They just drove off. Most of it is cosmetic but a couple are through the paint. Any tips on putting this right?

well as long as the paint is not ripped into the bumper and thats just the other vehicles paint then use some 2K grit wet sandpaper and sand on those areas of the other paint..... when you have all/most of it sanded off then use some fine rubbing compound and start buffing the paint back to a shine.
and take pictures of the damage and look for a car in the neighbor hood... if you find damage call the cops and report it! make there insurance pay to have the whole bumper repainted even easier...

a "LITTLE ANNOYED" id be f**ken pisst a little annoyed sounds kind of incriminating you sure you didn't do it???well it dosent matter but like addiction said get some heavy compond and get ready for a upper body workout it looks like most of that will come off so you should be good if it is scratched a buffer will help alot then maybe some touch up paint to finish .if you don't know what your doing with the sand paper and buffer take it to a detail shop they mite hook you up for free.

I wouldn't even sand it yet, I'd get some adhesive remover and and rub it out with a micro fiber towel, and then take some cherry wax, trust me I used to work in detailing. Go to wall mart and look in the paint section and ask for adhesive remover and then get some micro fiber towels, and then get some wax, like cherry wax, or heavy rubbing compound wax, and buff it out and if they are still major then consider using a fine grit sandpaper and get it off. But from the looks of it to me you shouldn't have to use sand paper. ONce you have everything do this.
1. add adhesive remover to micro
2. Rub firmly enough to see scuffs removing. Once satisfied
3. Use a new micro and rub wax onto effected area
4. Rub out scratches using Cherry wax, or heavy compound wax.
5. Finish-----
6. After about 2-3 hours Wash car, then wax with your choice.

i hate people like that that have no respect for other peoples belongings. I know this guy who has a jeep he had just got it painted and a couple weeks later he went out mudding with it. The next day he had it parked in a parking lot and some kid had the nerve to write clean me in the mud. He said he didn't see who did it, but when he tried to clean it off it was completely scratched into the paint. He tried buffing it out and nothing would work so know he is stuck with clean me permanently scratched into his paint

I was thinking of using some autoglym tar remover. I think most of it is dirt transfer ( I hope! )
