How many miles are too many?

Alright, new deal. I put a $60 deposit down on a 94 Del Sol Vtec. I Carfaxed it and everything is legit, nothing really to be concerned about there. I'm picking it up for $2300. 190,000 miles, 60k on the new motor (definitely a Vtec, pulled like hell). The bad is that it's gonna need a decent amount of work. Needs a new windshield, may or may not pass emissions, heat is weak, AC needs to be recharged (hell, at least it has A/C), weatherstripping needs to be replaced, hood doesn't sit straight, but the clutch is definitely new, tranny shifted perfect and it pulled beautifully.

20 dollars says it's not a Del Sol VTEC (DOHC VTEC) and you are confusing it with a Del Sol Si which has a SOHC VTEC engine
the reason i say this is because you don't normally see a del sol vtec with that many miles or for that low of a price
anyway, congrats

well they're pretty cheap, go get one. lol
that del sol the guy in this thread is buying is just as fast as a 99-00 Civic Si, but it costs way less.

My main concern is going to be the suspension, and fixing everything that's on its way out. There's a lot of surface rust under the hood. After that, maybe I'll focus on power. What kind of gains would basic bolt ons yield? Intake, header, cat, cat back, I don't know what else can be done to these cars. How well would this motor respond to bolt ons?
