I agree with V8DIET's concern above about the ECU.

The 200 Ohm scale is most appropriate for the resistance measurement. Nonetheless, I forgot you have a B16a2, so the code 16 diagrams (92-95 Civics) may not be relevant.

Oh yeah true i forget that all the time too, do you have the manual for a 99 si? i just googled the numbers below the barcode and it said it was a 93-95 so are you guys saying that i need the one for the 99 si, this is a stupid question but how much does that effect, I mean this kinda a bad day for me I kinda just found out that I could be spending at least 1k on an ecu and tuning if there is any way to get around buying one that would be really nice, I mean i am a college student I was hoping not to have to drop that much into this car, oh I just got the manual for the engine.. i think

First figure out what specific ECU is running the B16a2 engine. Look for numbers printed on it and post a bunch of pictures.

Download the 96-00 Civic manual at the link in my signature.

Okay know I am confused, so since the code I am getting is off of the 93 ecu, does that mean it is still the fuel injectors but i need to find the tests for the 99si injectors instead of for the 93s?

First figure out what ECU you have. Are you sure you actually have a B16a2 engine? Look for the engine type stamped on the engine block. Also post pictures of your engine.
