Nope...fortunately I was able to get the damn suv down off of one (driver's rear) and then two (both driver's side) wheels. that's the one time I've ever been complimented by a cop. he told me that he was impressed that I hadn't flipped the stupid thing. The whole front end was a mess. Smashed bumper and anything plastic from there back.

Oh, and I just wanted to see what this one would look like:

ORIGINAL: classiccarsrule85

lol that happens here everyday ricers that think they are hot stuff getting pulled over because they think they are cool with their attracting muffler and large body kit lol but boy aint that pic the truth .....about ricers anyways Any other ideas ?? and how easy is it to install a chasis brace? ive seen pics but not sure of the difficulty ....
ment to answer this a while back. if you can find a pic of where the brace ties in, you can see right were the bolts go. should bolt directly on, but before you do that, make DANG sure you get your car up on something solid so that it does not fall on you. You might want to get stands so that you can use your jack to aid in lining things up and keeping things from falling down while you're working on them.

I'm pretty sure that's what he's talking about. Do a DIY write up on that please. I'd love to read it.

not really...especially at midnight on a tuesday night.

speaking thereof. on to my pair of seven pagers and prep for finals week next week.

classic, again, sorry I hijacked your thread with duck-ish nonsense, and I hope I helped a bit with the brace questions. feel free to ask if you need any more clarification. hopefully, dano will do a DIY for us all.
