HP and Rev Limiter ?

HP and Rev Limiter ?
I have a ? about my hp and rev limiter. First off from what ive read a stock jdm d15b vtec motor has 130hp stock....
D15B(JDM) SOHC VTEC 92-00 Civic 130hp
D15B(JDM) SOHC 3-Stage VTEC 92-00 Civic 130hp
D15B/1/2/7 1.5L SOHC non-VTEC '88-'95 Civic's 62-102hp
D16Z6 1.6L SOHC VTEC 92-95 Civic EX/Si 125hp
Mine has a underdrive pulley, CAI, header, y-pipe, si exhaust(not sure what the dia is but its bigger than stock) and a magnaflow. Also as a chip with timing advanced and air/fuel twicked too. Im guessing 150hp? Is that 2 much?
Also, What does this motor peak out at rpm wise? The tac is showing redline at 7200rpm. Mine is hitting the rev limiter before that at like 6500?? What is the stock rev limiter on a p28 computer? Thinking about getting the rev limiter raised to 7400 so i can shift at 7200?? Not sure is that is over reving for that motor.
