dam that doesnt look to bad...
tho you didnt show the interior...
but hell looks like the body just needs some new bumpers sanding the molded joints off and check it out... tho the paint might look as bad as mine up close...
but either way you still got a steal!!!!!!!

What's so wrong with the tail-lights, anyway? At least they're not Altezza's.
You should be able to wet sand/polish the spots out of the hood. And if those headlights weren't of the dorky Ricer Halo style, they wouldn't be THAT bad.
Congrats - I'm assuming it got home under its own power... barely it sounds like... but nonetheless - a good find. Have fun.
