I Need Info On D15b Jap Spec

i have a d16y7 block and im puttin a d15b jap spec head on it can someone tell me how much of a differnce will that make rather than me putting a y8 head on it?

that's basically a Mini-Me swap, if done right you should see a signifagance increase in power. i've heard(but not seen) that you can add like 20hp, or so.
