Default I need some help

I have a 91 honda Civic it has a 92 1.6Y7 with a Vtec head I have converted the car from DPFI to MPFI and from OBDO to OBD1 I have a 7.5 Lb flywheel and a stage3 puke clutch I have MSD power pack and coil I have poly mounts and DC headers with a Magnaflow exhuast system. I have a problem with my acceration when I give my car gas it accelerated to about 3000rpms and bounces back to about 2000rpm constantly I have changed the throttle body and the TPS and the AIC and the Vacuum box it still has the same problem. can anyone answer my Question?.

I am currently using a P06 but I have a P28 on the way I ordered a chipped P28 with a 10000 Rev limit and my Vtec is going to kick on at 4500 and it has a H22 map sensor and a couple other things that I would have to look up to tell you

Ok, so you are using an OBD-0 non-vtec ecu on an OBD-1 conversion with avtec head? Are you still using the resistor box for the injectors? What injectors are you using?

I have the OBD1 ECU thats a P06 it just doesnt have Vtec isnt that the only diffrence? and I have the OBD1 injector box Does it matter that my intake is OBDO do I need to swap for a Vtec intake or OBD1 and I just have the OBDO injectors with the OBD1 injector box
