Default Idle problems/Vibration

Ok recently ive been having crazy idle problems as ive posted earlier, i had a full service done and new timing belt and water pump change including spark plugs, fuel/oil filters new oil new air filter etc. I was hoping this would rid my idling problem which only exists when the car is warm it seems to idle under 500 an go back up suddenly and now my whole steering wheel vibrates like crazy only at idle... everything seems fine wen i drive so im completely clueless, there is no CEL switching on so i need some ideas please. Throttle body has also been cleaned to the core. My engine has also seemed to be louder at idle than wat it was a month ago especially wen its cold it makes this big rattling noises that often disapear as soon as its warm. I know this isnt probably a big issue but its really annoying and i was hoping of ideas that can make this thing go smooth again at idle thx.

I also have the same problem. I own a 1986 Honda Civic with a 1.5L Carb but it send hella vibrations through my entire car. and it idles real low when cold, to the point where I have to rev it a lil before I go, and if I don't warm it up for at least 5 min it will shut off as soon as I put in gear and it also from time to time will SLOWLY rev up on its own.
