it wouldnt be the first time a seller was untrue of what the description says! could have rust or horibly covered up rust, dents all over it.... hail damage. oil leaks... unless you look at it physicaly in person up close dont be so quick to buy and send any money!


sure milage rollback is illegal but you have to be able to prove it!
my 99 ex civic had 80K miles on its cluster/title when i bought it... i just bought a used cluster on ebay with only 64K miles on it... i could easily put another 16K miles on it and slap it onto my 99 and just say it wasnt drove much.
its only illegal if you have proof!
