IMO a Neon is only a step above a Lada or a Yugo. A Honda is one of the top most reliable cars on the market.

Are you talking about the russian made Lada? If so I'll tell you that it's a great car. They have a huge aftermarket and almost as much potential as a civic. Although the engine that's there from the factory will go at 160K miles and not a mile more...
