I have an old Accord with the original MusicLink, and I'm thinking about getting a new Civic. How's the ipod control now? Are you able to control via touchscreen? Or is it still pretty much cumbersome to navigate through artists, albums, playlists etc? I tried searching youtube and google for a demo, but nothing's out there.

 

Hmm, I have not been in a new Civic. I have a 2011 Honda CR-Z, and I don't like the iPod control... There's a built in USB plug that is behind the drink holders. The only way to scroll through my 3000 songs... is by scrolling one by one. No touchscreen (unless you get the Navigation package?), no shuffle. Needless to say, I just use an AUX cord...

I would suggest going to a Honda dealership and test it out. The salesman will give you a weird look probably.
