Keyless Entry on Civic LX-2001

hi,

I am planning to get a 2001 civic LX, & it right now does not have a keyless entry, but would some one know, if it has a capability for a 2001 keyless entry ie. if I purchase a "Keyless Entry Remote / Fob" would it be possible for me to configure it for a keyless entry? Ur feedbacks would be helpful. thnx!

i have an lx, and i use my alarm to press an unlock/lock button and it opens for me. If thats what you mean by key less entry... i had mine done at ata sound/alarm shop.
the alarm/keyless entry works hand in hand. but u can cut the alarm i think..
