Default License plate mounting kit?

Hi,

I just purchased a 2004 Civic. Front license plates are required in my state, and the car came with a front plate that's just sitting on the dash. Recessed in the front grill I see some angled holes that look like they're for the license plate. Where can I get a mounting kit that will hold the plate? Links appreciated. Thanks!!

Bob

Thanks to you both! I went with TheJGB3's suggestion. The frame was perfect, and the whole thing was about 1/3 the price the dealer was quoting me.
