If you haven't already sold the car... I think $3700 is a good price, not a steal, not outrageous. I'd be willing to spend that, for sure.
Replace the tire. It'll cost ~$80, and a buyer will want to knock off 100-200.
Are those Altezza tail lights? If so, replace them with junkyard stock tails, sell Altezzas on Ebay
Shoot, even pull the mud flaps and sell separately. They may add $50 to the price, but you can get more selling them separate. Just a thought.
Get that CEL fixed man. If it costs you $200 or so, it's still worth it. That'll make a buyer spend a lot more, possibly a thousand(s) more.
