Default Maintenance & Fluids Question

Hi everyone,

Have a 1999 Civic DX. I want to keep it well maintained (after fixing a radiator leak that cost me $$$!). Someone recommended that I use a gas additive every once in a while and also to use Lucas Oil. I did both and it seems to make the car better. I don't have a honda civic manual and would like to know what sort of things I should look for. I found this thread (https://www.hondacivicforum.com/m_357159/tm.htm) which helped and this quote.

Regular oil & filter changes,(10w30 is recommended for high mileage motors)
Close eye on all your other fluids, (brake, transmission, powersteering)
I get oil flushes every 30k or so,
Get your fuel filter and air filter changed regularly,
Keep good wires and plugs in it,
Get your fuel system cleaned,
PCV valve replaced every 30k or so,
Have your vacuum lineschecked every so often,
Keep radiator topped off,
Problem is, I don't know where many of the fluids/filters/valves are / where to look for them.
[hr]Question 1: Are there any pictures detailing where the fluids are / what they do / what I should look for - for a Honda Civic 1999 (or similar that I could use)?

Question 2: Does this lucas oil do anything or should I not use it? - some threads I were reading said it wasn't a good idea.

Question 3: What is the difference between all the oil types? Which oil should I use? (That is, what does 10w30 mean?)
[hr]
Thank you!
