Default Manual Transmission Oil

What type of oil is used on the m/t on a 97 civic? Getting ready to change out flywheel and clutch, and want to go ahead and change the fluid. Thanks in advance

10w-30... yes. Or red line MTF.

DO NOT USE regular motor oil, use
Honda MTF or GM Synchromesh
