THE MOST MILEAGE YOU'VE SEEN ON A HONDA 4 CYLINDER!
I am bit concerned on how long my engine (I have D16Y7)will last!!!
I just want to know, out of curiosity, what was the most mileage you've seen on a Honda 4 cylinder engine!!!!!
try to have both miles and kilometres!!!
There's a HONDA CIVIC being sold by my house that has 400,000 kms!!!

as long as the motors been kept up mechanicaly and not hot rodded it should last ALONG TIME!!!!!!!
if buying a high milage car... check the vehicles history from carfax... if its been owned by SEVERAL people then id be kinda iffy depending on how the seller looks or acts...
but if the cars been owned by same owners for 5years or more... and was older... i wouldnt have a problem with it BUT remember a car thats been ran nice and slow for a long time CANNOT BE RAN HARD!!!!! if so it will bust all the oil rings and smoke like a frieght train VERY QUICKLY!!!!... . BEEN THIER DONE THAT

smoked it up!If you use synthetic and with regular intervals,my civicwill last 350,000km even if its been driven hard!!! Also, the more sh*t you put on it (abused with CAI and the like) will lessen the life!!! but if its not abused than I can see these hondas going for 1,000,000 km!!!!!! Possible?? Discuss???
