Alarm is key, **** even a blinking red led will detur 90% of thievs...its the pro's at stealing honda's you have to worry about.
And when they pop up, there aren't THAT many places to hide a cutoff that someone with experience won't find in a few seconds.
Some dirty tricks my buddy at Maniac Motorsports has done was pushstart in cig lighter to complete ground, also window button, up i believe to complete the ground, and you know you have to have the key in and turned. Good stuff until it got around town, and that's Yakima, WA which is in the Top 5 most dangerous places to live. **** my buddy Justin that lives there, he spent like 1700 bucks on an alarm, and drove all the way to Seattle so no one would know what he had. GPS and all that ****. Guess it's so bad there you gotta watch the people you let work on your ride, 10 minutes in your car and under your hood and they know exactly what you got and how to circumvent it.
What about THE CLUB??? Does anyone use that **** anymore?

kill switch is another complete the circuit...its not hard at all
http://www.honda-tech.com/zerothread/1794938
basically all your doing is cutting a wire, and intercepting it, and when you push the button its connected to, it completes the circuit...my friends killswitch is his cruise control button, but what gives away he has a kill switch is its wired to the ignition which means, when you try to start the car, it does NOTHING, which is obvious he has a kill switch then you start looking for it....
i am going to wire my kill switch to the coil, which even if you have the keys, the car will turn but not start, then a thief might think oyu have a POS, and wouldnt really suspenct you have a kill switch becuase the car comes close to starting...
or if you wanted, just get an alarm with a built in immobilizer, and have some shop install it all....but really kill switches arent hard

another free thing you can do is when u open the hood on the top right corner there is a plug that is mounted to the engine bay if u unplug it there is a little piece of metal that completes the circuit and u can take it out and plug it like normal and it won't start
