You have the same engine as I got D16Y7.





I found a few DC-S headers not sure if those are the same as DC Sport.

NO...they are a knock off of dc sport...u notice they are only like 60 bucks? well the dc sports are like 300...DC-S is all over ebay..be careful

Thanks I thought that it wasn't write 60 bucks for DC Sport headers. I will probably buy those OBX headers since I don't want to spend much for things on this engine because when I am done with interior which I still have **** loads to do I want to get anought money for the swap.

might want to invest in a turbo if you want to be fast with that engine

It all depends on how high of a boost you want to run. With 5psi you should be safe. The engines that are completely safe for any kind of FI are the ones that come with forged rods and pistons.

yeah, the sohc motors are fine for boost, just do it right and dont turn up the boost too much. as long as your compression checks out ok, go for it.

i used to have to have the d16y7 in my hatch with aem cold air Obx header and JIC cat-back and i ran about 16.2 but my hatch only weighs 2200lbs.
