Unhappy My mind went blank!

Hey guys, I'm been thinking soo much about this and stressed out what I couldn't do to help my baby civic. The story is one night at my bro garage doing a little bit of maintenance on the engine like cleaning the bay. My stupid self had a idea of trying to take out the engine valve cover to clean it, but end up couldn't. So here come the part I F***K up, as I was tighting the last stud or bolt header whatever you call that for the engine valve cover snap right off...yep I over tight the crap out of it and snap which left it stuck inside. PLEASE and I mean please if anyone know how to get it out or anything D.I.Y because I already know if I do bring it to the Honda dealership shop, they will be charging me an arm and leg.

If I do get it out...I really need to know where I could get another stock screw/bolt/hexagon looking thing to replace. Werid thing is that it cover in oil.
Thankyou, I appreciated

Lol, nah that maybe cause even more damage because the hole is really smaller then a drill bit.

With the valve cover off, is the broken bolt protruding from the head?

By the way, drill bit come in a variety of small sizes.

As already mentioned, post a picture.
