oh, and you should have filed with the road department for them to fix your car. they are responsible for keeping the streets up to driving standards. if a street causes damage to your car, they are usually made to pay.

remember your insurance company has the right to get a different estimate. 500 sounds ridiculous for a little dent that some elbow grease can get out.

but we didn't go through insurance and they won't investigate a 500 dollar claim when they have bigger fish. I have decided to just bend over in this, and I would love to drive to jersey and buy a 30 pack but I am in cali and 17 so I got those two things working against me. hehe
