Honda Civic Si, 2006, 106,000 miles NEEDS NEW ENGINE, in one front-end wreck, moon roof, premium sound system. Even the Honda mechanic says he doesn't know what happen. In L.A. HOW MUCH CAN I SELL THIS FOR? HOW ELSE CAN I UNLOAD IT? Want SOME money for it. I have no reference that I can find online. Please advise! Thanks!

 

Without any problems (running engine and all), I would say anywhere between 8-9k if the exterior/interior is in flawless condition.

Needing a new engine? I would say you are lucky to get 4k. You will probably see something more in the realm of 3-3.5k assuming the exterior/interior is in good condition. Someone will have to source an engine (K20z1 i think) and then install it. IMO the only way someone would be interested in it at 3-4k would be if they are planning on installing the engine themselves... so you may get "honda kids" trying to low ball you on the price.
