The studs must be bought from the dealer, but for the nuts you can use M8-1.25 nuts from the hardware store (they will be 13mm head, instead of 12mm like OEM is). I do prefer the OEM Honda nut though, if you look at it you'll see how much higher quality it appears to be. I have had less trouble with stripping OEM nuts than with ones from the hardware store.

ok... so when i go to the honda dealer how do i ask for the nuts... do i say i need the 9 nuts for my exhaust manifold or headers? because when i went to the auto parts stores they didn't knw wat bolts/nuts i meant! they were stuuupid!

You are not required to have ANY knowledge about ANY car what so ever to work at those auto parts stores. Sometimes you'll run into someone who knows their ****, but for the most part they might as well be flippin burgers at McD's.
What you are looking for is Exhaust Manifold to Head mounting nuts (and studs, if yours are bad) for a 1.6l SOHC vtec motor. (Just give them the year make and model and they'll give you what you need)

you take one of your exhaust nuts with you to the auto part store and have them match the threads or any hardware store but from the heat of the exhust they are just gonna rust again, i say if you are bothered by it that much put them on a cardboard and spray paint them black
