Default Need help asap regarding jack stand removal

YES THE WORLDS MOST FN STUPID QUESTION

somehow my dumbass raised the back end so high and got it on jack stands I've having a hard time figuring out how to remove them.

I don't know wtf I did to get them so high, but I cannot figure out how to raise it enough to get them out.

My stupid pos duralast jack only goes so high, or should I say low. So now I'm trying to backtrack, figure how what exactly I did so I can lower my car back on the ground.

Please, anyone with any common sense help me. My car's about to end up in a thousand pieces any second now.

No bricks? Books that can be sacrificed? Any sturdy solid objects? The shelves from your bookshelf?

Look beyond what a thing is and think about what it can do for you.

jack the other side of the car up, support with jacks, then incrementally lower each corner using each jack.

lol, don't worry about it, I had just the opposite problem, my jack was stuck under my car because it was so low. And I had a professional low pro jack and it stick got stuck, now that's low...

But anyway, use whatever you have handy to stick under the jack, books, bricks, your pet cat, etc.

i HIGHLY recommend your pet cat.

No real input I can add - just use whatever you can. Old parts would come in handy here. =P

...and if you ever figure out how you got it soo high - please inform us. I've got the kinda luck where that would happen to me. lol.

The stock jack in the trunk might raise it high enough to extract the stands.

Alternatively, use the Duralast to raise the rear end as high as possible and then tap the stands out with a hammer.
