Default New 2007 EX A/C Problem

Question for any new 2007 EX owners about your A/C units....

Just got my new 07 EX. After the second day in very hot weather I noticed the A/C just could not cool the car. Even in recirc it just suddenly began to warm up. You guys having any problems? It's at the dealer right now getting checked out. So far the charge is correct and all pressures are normal. I insisted they continue to look. I love the car but am dissapointed in this development. Had a 2001 Corolla before this and it froze me out of the car. Been checking lots of forums and this seems to be a very common problem with the 06 and 07's. Wish I knew about his four days ago!

Thanks for any feed back!

Could be a problem with the controls that is letting the heater reheat the air before it reaches the vents, even though you have the control on full cold. Dealer will of course check that out too.

I find the AC to be very good. There is obviously something very wrong with yours. Make sure the dealer gets it going properly. My only complaint with the AC is when you have the dial not set at max, the temp varies a bit. Just about time I think I should turn it a little cooler, it kicks in. I consider this as only a minor annoyance.

I live in AZ and right not the heat is killer, suppose to be 112* today. My A/C is very cold, however I've noticed that when I make a left hand turn, it gets warm. Only when I make a left hand turn and as soon as I complete the turn it goes back to freezing cold.

Thanks for the help. In ref to the "picture", I don't know what you are talking about. I did not post a picture and do not see one on the blog.
