which civic is the best to buy for about $4,000 something that is good in speed and can be modded

4,000 your looking for a private dealer or a dealership if private you can go with a civic from around 1990-1998 if your lucky check craigslist most of the civics on there are already modded.

i only have a auto cuz idk how to drive manual.. it seems as if there is more to do to a manual but overall Honda is a good maker so auto or manny theyre good

go with manuel trust me so much more to do with your car and also good for racingbut i would suggest not breaking any speeding laws on public streets ahahahahahahaha

can you still go fast on auto id like to learn manual but i live in nyc so itl be stop n go which i heard is bad on manual
