It isn't street legal now? What has been done to not make it street legal?

Where are you from? If CA, it will be much harder to do all of the modifications and keep the car street legal/C.A.R.B. approved.

How much money do you want to spend? How much power would you like to see? And how much experience do you have?

No it is bone stock actually. Sorry for phrasing wrong. But I'm not so experienced that's why I am asking here lol. I was hoping to spend around 800 or so. Planning to get intake, intercooler, exhaust and headers. Maybe force inductions

whew, yeah... you'd better do alotta reading. Thats the best thing for a "noob" to do, IMO. Start reading. Become a member of not one, but several forums. Read about what people have done to their cars. Decide what results you want (power output, etc.,) and follow suit. Getting much power out of your civic you will definately need to turbo or supercharge it and I suggest you do alot of research before you go that far. Its good to know what you're doing in order to avoid blown motors and other problems.

Yeah lol. I really don't want to go too far either. Just something to get it quicker than a normal car or maybe beat a v6 or something . Soo I wanted to do an exhaust swap for an ex exhaust. How difficult is that?
