Hmm, I'd try starting with a B18C. Bore it .5mm. Add forged rods, pistons, valvetrain (I'd recommend Manley and CP there), itr/ctr cams, walbro 255lph HP pump, RC 1000cc injectors, full race intake and exhaust manifolds, head port(I haven't seen enough dyno evidence to give you a suggestion on a porter, I like what I see of Endyn though), GT35R turbo, any quality properly sized intercooler, 2.5" charge piping, and 3"dp/exhaust. Tune with NepTune, Hondata, or Chrome (NepTune isthe best). Not sure what else you'd need... uh dumptube, 3 bar map sensor, other various things. From your sig you look like you know your stuff. Talk to some of these companies, they'll help you out with anything you don't already know. Ask some of the experts on ceramic coatings of the exhaust manifold/housing to keep exhaust velocities up. I haven't done much research on the subject, but the prospects sound interesting. The above set up should be good for 450-500 @ 8500-9000 rpm on 93 octane (I've seen several set ups close to this). Just get it built and tuned right. That's about the limit of 93 octane.
