RE: Oil heater Block heater
Do you want to know where to buy the block heater or where it attaches? It attaches to one of the plugs for the water jackets. Look around the engine block and you should see a round hole with a piece of metal in it (the piece of metal is flared i believe). The is the the plug you want to attach the block heater to. Also, there are oil heater that go where your dip stick goes. You have to live is very cold climate (like alaska or a cold part of Canada) to warrant the use of one.

ya about to say you beter live in a REALY COLD AREA to need one of those! just keep the right oil in and it shouldnt be a problem....
but i highly doubt it came with one stock...........
or also buy a beter battery...... if your batteries realy weak it could just be the problem if it doesnt turn over fast enough in the cold weather....

Huh? I did mean -30 for a prolongded periods of time of course. It was not a big deal for my farther's Russian made carburated Lada back in 80th, It was never an issue for my my 84' civic back in 90th... If you keep your ignition, battery and oil in a good shape, it is not a big deal even if you did not touch your car for several days - at least it was not for me when I lived in Moscow... It was a big deal for my diesel Galant though - I was never able to start the damn thing below -20.
