It's really pretty easy as everyone has said. It's right above the oil filter, best to take the filter off, but that's my opinion. Make sure and get an NPT threaded T and not a regular, they're different.

Yes make sure not to use BSPT fittings. BSPT looks exactly like NPT but it is different (28 threads per inch vs 27). Trying to mate them will not seal and is likely to ruin the threads.
