Default Opinions please?

Opinions on this civic would be cool guys. http://kansascity.craigslist.org/car/390366380.html It's a little rough but i'd probably paint it any ways so I could fix the damage and get a CF hood. How much you think it's worht? A car fax and compression check would definately be something since it only has 88k on it and looks like it does. It's kinda funny how many people that own a civic with VTEC can't even spell it correctly...

I would give the guy $2,000 for it, but the clock bothers me a little. You just do see to many
94 ex civic's with 88k on them.

Probably driven by some little old lady with a blue beehive doo. Which would also explain all the body damage. Try 2 Grand and see what happens. Worse case scenario - you get a 'No.'

Hey - ya never know what you'll get. My '97 Dodge Ram 4x4 just turned 90K. Even better, my wife's '01 Pontiac Grand Prix GT just turned 50K. She hardly drives it, and we've owned it since '02.

"Its a 2 owner car, the interior is good but dirty, the body got damaged by the previous owners son" Abused..... I'm not really sure if it would be a great idea. I guess if it checks out to be OK. What do you guys think? Compression check and what else? I'd probably bring my uncle along if I looked at it, He's fairly mechanically inclined. More than my dad and I. Whats something that you look for in Civics?

It looks like an easy restoration, unless the damage to the hood goes deeper into the engine bay. Check to see if the chasis/frame is bent at all andif thesuspension is still good.
