Ordered my parts today to put my motor back together.
So i went to the dealer today to order all the parts to put my motor back together. Wow that wasnt to cheap. lol. I ordered a new piston, rod, rings, rod bearings, and all the gaskets. At first i thought i was going to be spending around $500. Well i was wrongh. The price quoted for the bearings was wrongh. The bearings alone are $200. I also just put $250 in to the head. I had everything checked out and had it redecked and new cam seal and valve seals put in it. But its only money. Im hoping to have the car back on the road in a few weeks. I only have one day a week to work on it and that is Saturday.
If anyone has any input on things to watch for when im putting it back together please let me know.
Thanks

Well the bearing are color coded. And i wanted to make sure i got the right ones the first time. I wanted a OEM head gasket, piston, rod and rings. After that the only thing that was left was the gaskets. I would rather replace them ones then have to take it back apart and a redo it.
