Have you given any thought to the PW:JDM Powerchamber intake? I think the gain is comparable to a SRI, but it has the air chamber to increase throttle response.
Hmmm, I suppose a softer ride would be alright for street, but not so much for track. I might just have to throw them on and see for myself. All I know is the JIC magics on my 180sx are way too stiff for street lol.

I will check out the powerchamber intake. Im just getting into the honda game seriously now after all these years so any suggestions guys let me know of them. I do plan on a intake manifold/throttle body upgrade, and I will get those extruded/honed to match the port/polish job on the head.

The info on the head by the way:
B16A (PR3) head that's been Ported and polished. Has Skunk2 Tuner Valve Springs, Skunk2 Titanium Retainers, and Skunk2 Valves. Comes with an aluminum cam seal, VTEC Solenoid, and Probably some Stocker B16A cams if needed.

Then Ill add my pro series skunk2 cams and camgears to the mix for a built head with nice flow. Damn it should be fun to get this little car on the track eventually. The reason I need to replace the exhaust is it was a custom made effort, and alot of the welds are leaking and messy, so I want something from factory production and of high quality (T1R exhaust I have heard are really good)

Well the soft complaints were coming from the slammed crowd (where you have obscene spring rates to keep from bottoming out).

The spring rates are 500lb/in front and 400lb/in rear, so they're comparable to TEIN flex coilovers (except higher in the rear, which should help with understeer).

I have heard good things about S2's intake manifolds and TBs, and that'd make a nice little addition to your S2 theme.

Some new pics, got the car up on the jackstands (which took some creativity lol) I plan on throwing the skunk2 coilovers on, and the blox control arms, skunk2 short shifter and my new carpet for the interior is in! (royal blue should be nice) and fix a few other issues. I also found out why the cars exhaust was stinking by the front and not out the tailpipe area of the inside, the car has a very bad weld job on the resonator right by the passanger area so exhaust was entering the car as I had thought. (dont worry we cruised with windows down most the time lol) so this will be replaced. The car is going to get a lot lower with the skunk2's, it looks like koni reds on the car with some type of lowering springs.
