Im looking to buy an 95' Civic, and it has a turbo, completely rebuilt motor, nice paint with ghost flames, but the only thing wrong with it is that it needs a Performance Module????? Im new to all of this so what is a performance module? How much does it cost? And is it easy to replace? I do not want to buy this civic if a bad performance module means other things may be broken
