Default Possibly alignment problems?

Hi All,

My right front wheel makes a vibrating sound at 120km/h, and it vibrates a lot more when breaking. On Saturday I went for a wheel alignment since I noticed that the tyre on the right side was being used a bit more on the inside. So I left the car for alignment and Parallel on saturday, they confirmed that there was definitely some alignment problems and rectified all. but since saturday the vibrating on the right wheel has become more pronounced when breaking and it vibrates also a lot at 120km/h.

A friend of mine advises that it can be that since the alignment was rectified the tyres were already faulty and it's the tyres that are causing the vibrating noise, I was thinking that it could be a possible problem with my front suspension, but it also makes me think that the front suspension was recently checked and upgraded so can't be that. Any views on this guys?

Are your wheels balanced, no worn spots, etc?
