Default Question for California Drivers.....?

I plan on moving to Cali from Texas in the next couple months. I have heard that Cali's inspections/smog tests are more strict than most states. My Civic is all stock except my header(4-2-1), fog lights and SRI, also I have a very slow leak from my rack and pinion..would that be a concern during inspection, and What exactly do I need to be aware when its time for me to go in for an inspection/smog test in Cali? My Texas registration and inspection sticker don't expire till March of next year btw.

Thank You in advance.

I'm not from California, but I have heard that all your mod parts have to be "CARB" approved, and they should have stickers saying that. CARB stands for California Air Resource Board.
