Default Quick Q, need your suggestions/help!

I'm not sure, if I should look into this civic, and have to do a swap later..

There are 2 DX's for sale here,

1995 HONDA Civic DX Coupe, approximately 100,662 miles, licensed until June 2010, new brakes, exhaust and new summer tires, car in good shape, $1,200.

1998 HONDA Civic DX coupe, 5 speed, green, original owner, lady driven, very well maintained, 127,950 miles, licensed until February 2010, $2,100 ono.

I don't know if I should look into these DX's, I want a EX, I want a D16y8.
does a y7 mini me swap into a D16y8, run just like a y8??

and a 95 DX comes with a D15B7, which is bad lol, 102 hp with like 96 or 98 torque..

What do you guys think..
Better off to wait?

holy crap thats a lot cheaper than around here and what does licensed until 2010 mean?
personally id grab that 95 dx if theres no major problems and just do a swap when you get the cash or go boost

I live in canada, haha I even converted the kms, to miles for you

licensed till ___ means, it's license for the road, and drivable pretty much, and that it had passed the e-test..

that 95, has like no miles on it, doesn't say 5speed or auto, should call up the guy talk to him, and go see it, I mean it's in my town so it won't be a far drive to see it, probably couple minutes away.
