You'll ruin the compressor if you leave it like that.
Why don't you just take the compressor off?????? It's 4 bolts...
You might as well remove the idler pulley too, and the receiver/dryer (pic #2)
It's kind of obvious which belt it is... it's the one that the compressor has on it.
P.S. you're not going to gain jack **** worth of power from this. all you are doing is hurting the resale value of your car and your ride comfort. When the A/C is off there's no load on the engine from the A/C.

And the idler pulley is conneted to the compressor?

The idler pulley is the small pulley the belt is on. If you look from the side, the A/C pulley system has 3 pulley wheels... the crank pulley, the compressor pulley, and the idler pulley.
And yes, that's the compressor. 4 bolts and it's off. Did you not like look at it at all?

Cut the belt, then remove the pulley. k. i didnt realy look at it i didnt know what it was and if it was ok to remove it. i need to invest in them lights you can move around so i can see in the engime bay better,

enigma.... is this just another extremely ricey move for you? or is there a reason for removing your ac?

You can have turbo and a/c depending on the size of the turbo. And unless your building the motor, Id say you should be fine to keep it.
PS...but since your taking it off...you should sell me the hard lines.
