resetting the srs light

i have a 94 civic and my srs light came on one day will it was just sitting i took the positive side terminal off and that didn't turn it off is there a way i can reset it to see if it will turn off.

I you cant reset it, then you might need a new SRS unit.

Try going to Auto zone or some other place and have them test it.
