Default S-tech's and Gr-2's

Hey guys I put some H&R springs OE sport springs (.75 drop) on a few months ago with some new KYB GR-2 Shocks. It looks a little better lower, but I am thinking about getting some S-techs and calling it a day. I know the s-techs can be used with the stock springs, but I want to be assured that my shocks will be ok with this set up. (i.e wont blow wear out prematurely) Thanks for the help guys!

why would any strut blow out prematurely with stock springs? I'm not sure what you're asking.

Sorry I didn't make that clear, I want to swap out the H&R and get the S-tech's. Being that the shock is comparable to the OEM shocks, I was wondering if they will wear out quicker with a bigger drop.

gr2's are meant to be oem replacements, so a drop would probably wear out quickly.

those shocks will be fine with the s-techs. also consider the Tokico HP(blues). another good shock, not sure how the price compares to the GR2's anymore. something to look up..

i just ordered some s-techs and thinking about using them with my stock shocks. s-techs claims to work the best with stock struts as compare to other lowering springs out there. of course, the s-techs would wear down the struts quicker than oem springs on the oem shocks. i'm installing my s-techs on tuesday.
